About
My Background
From a young age, I was deeply drawn to the concept of healing. Growing up with grandparents who were Holocaust survivors, I witnessed their struggles and emotional scars, which profoundly impacted me. This early exposure planted the seeds for my lifelong exploration into various healing practices and what truly supports those in need of healing. Along the way, I have not only committed to my own personal healing journey but also trained in several modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Presence Psychotherapy, Pastoral Counseling and Psychedelic Integration. In addition, I practice Tai Chi and Chi Gong. While Iām not a practitioner of acupuncture or homeopathy, I have accumulated significant experience with both.
My Philosophy
I believe that healing, personal growth, and mental health are all gradual, ongoing processes. Even when we engage in more intensive or rapid methods, such as working with psychedelics, the journey still requires patience and steady progression. My approach centers on viewing each person holistically, taking into account the individual, their community, environment, physiology, and intergenerational influences, among other factors. While my primary focus is currently through the lenses of Presence Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Humanistic and Psychodynamic Therapy, I recognize that each person is unique and deserves a personalized approach that honors their specific needs and experiences.
My Services
I offer both one-on-one and group sessions that integrate Presence Psychotherapy and IFS approaches alongside other therapeutic modalities. In addition to these therapeutic techniques, I incorporate guided meditation, breathing practices, and pastoral counseling to provide a well-rounded and supportive experience for healing and growth.
